Richard J. Spencer, Esq. is the owner and lead attorney at Spencer & Associates. Richard has been in practice for over 30 years, handling only personal injury cases throughout that time period.
Richard was born in the United Kingdom and grew up in the Los Angeles area. He feels that this background gives him a unique and valuable perspective that enables him to connect and identify with a broad and diverse client base.
